What a great turnout for Shinto Judo Club,

with four medals and a whole lot more fun, a great weekend was had by all in Hereford, with two more National Champions added to the Shinto Judo tally, and to boot all ten of them who took part are winners.

Here is the answer by Dr Jigoro Kano. "Before and after practicing Judo or engaging in a match, opponents bow to each other. Bowing is an expression of grattitude and respect. In effect, you are thanking your opponent for giving you the opportunity to improve your technique."
