What a great turnout for Shinto Judo Club,

with four medals and a whole lot more fun, a great weekend was had by all in Hereford, with two more National Champions added to the Shinto Judo tally, and to boot all ten of them who took part are winners.

I love that picture, it also reminds me of a video I recently saw of a guy who was cycling in a race and had sight of the finish line, he put his hands up as if to celerate, only to then fall off his bike and the guy behind crosses the line first.
