It seems like I'm getting more and more nicked up with injuries and the thought has crossed my mind that maybe I should stop doing judo so I'm not being fed by some nurse in a home when I'm sixty.

If you've read my blog you'll know that on Monday I popped my wrist pretty good and the chiropractor wants me to see a specialist on Friday to see if I need surgery. And that, combined with recent ankle problems and past problems of hyperextensions makes me wonder if there ever is a time to stop so one doesn't become an invalid.

Maybe I'm just being a pansy about things since I haven't had any major breaks, but this thought has crossed my mind and is now something that I'm rather concerned about...especially with the prospect of surgery on my wrist.

What is everyone's opinion here?
