This could be such a long answer some days and a short one the morning after a session, I like the fact that Judo brings so many people together with a mutual respect, the fact that you can one minute be tryig to pull somones head off (the claw) and the next be socialising with them and smiling, I like the fact that kids are benefitting from learning something valuable, some of the things they are learning they do not realise, the confidence it gives tham, the new lifelong freinds, effectively an extended family.

Through Judo I have met some of the nicest people, either physically or virtually, some of them are frequenting the forum now, which is aslo nice to see,
